PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
One component polyurethane foam is used
preferably for insulation and installation in the
construction sector. Applications can be
filling cavities, break-throughs, cracks and
gaps. Sound and heat insulation, bonding
fixing, mounting. Etc.

PRODUCT FEATURES:
1. Processing temperature(can environment
between+5ºCand+35ºC
2.Optimum processing temperature between
+18Cand+25ºC
3. Range of temperature resistance of cured
foam is fron-30ºCto+80ºC
4. The foam will adhere to material such as
concrete, masonry. Metal, wood and plastic
except Teflon and silicone.
5.Cured foam is non-toxic

Uses
1. Seals around windows, doors, siding and baseboard
2. Fills cracks and joints, gaps around pipes, vents, utility lines
and electrical outlets
3. Seals and insulates gap between sole plate and concrete slab

Directions:
1. Wear protective gloves, goggles and work clothes during use
2. Clean surfaces of dirt, grease and dust, then moistening the cavi
3. Use between 5-40(
4. Shake can for 2 minutes vigorously
5. Take off cap, screw gun onto the foam
6. Hold can UPSIDE DOWN with tube pointing into far end of cavity, slowly press trig
ger to dispense foam. Test on experimental surface
7. Fill cavity 40% with foam to allow for expansion
8. Use PU Foam Cleaner to remove excess uncured foam on nozzle and valve
9. Dries tack-free in 20 minutes. cures in 24 hours
10. Cured foam can be trimmed, painted, sanded, plastered, grouted, or caulked
